How long will my order take to ship?
|
|

Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Personalized/embroidered items typically ship within 5-7 business days.

What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the internet?
|
|
|
That's fine, simply call us at (207) 240-8215 between the hours of 8AM and 7PM (EST). You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as your payment clears we'll ship your order.

Can I send items as gifts?
|
|
|
Absolutely! Gifts are wrapped with tissue paper and placed in a colored bag with a gift card that includes your own personal message. Please include any messages in the comments section of the order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, via Federal Express or UPS.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
|
|
|
If you provide an e-mail address when submitting your order you will be notified when your order ships from our office and provided a tracking number.
|

Do you guarantee your products?
|

Our goal is to have 100% satisfaction. Any non-personalized item(s) may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from us and is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of issuance of the RA#. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Quilt and Quest reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RA# or with visible usage. Unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund for embroidered items. We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to an error on the part of Quilt and Quest, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
